HYDRAULIC MOTOR TYPE FPEP
Hydraulic orbit motors offer high torque and low speed performances with limited overall dimensions. The heart of the motor is made up with a system of lobeshaped internal Gerotor or Geroller gearings, offering a number of special characteristics according to the different motor series. Hydraulic orbit motors use Geroller gearings where rolls are hydrodynamically supported minimizing friction and assuring long life and high efficiency even at high pressure. The great machining precision of the rotor-stator unit (orbit assembly) allows the achievement of high volumetric and mechanical efficiencies.
The characteristics of the orbital hydraulic motors are:
- valid and compact structure
- high weight / power ratio
- reversible direction of rotation
- great reliability
- easy installation
- excellent returns
- uniform torque at any speed
- standard mounting flanges
The orbital hydraulic motors have established themselves on the market for their proven reliability, the versatility of the range and the exceptional technical characteristics that allow them to be used in the most varied applications. In mobile machines they can be applied to road sweepers, rotation of small aerial platforms, agricultural machines, forestry machines and snow machines. In fixed plants their main application is on plastic injection, food, textile, printing machines, conveyor belts and woodworking machines.
